Motor insulation inspection
When the motor is used for the first time, it should be inspected after a long period of reuse and regular inspection to prevent the equipment from being damaged by motor winding insulation failure. During the insulation inspection, the motor wiring must be separated from the equipment. It is recommended to use a 500V voltage megohmmeter, and the measured insulation resistance must not be less than 5mω.
Thermal protection of the motor
If the selected motor does not match the rated capacity of the equipment, especially when the rated power is greater than its rated power, it is necessary to adjust the relevant motor protection parameters or install a thermal relay in front of the equipment to protect the motor.
Operation above power frequency
The operation refers to the actual output frequency of the equipment. If the user needs to operate above 50.00Hz, please consider the bearing capacity of the mechanical equipment.
About motor heating and noise
Since the output voltage of the equipment is a PWM wave, which contains certain harmonics, the temperature rise, noise and vibration of the motor will increase slightly compared with power frequency operation.
There are varistor or capacitor at the output end to improve the power factor.
The output of the device is PWM wave. If the output end is installed with capacitor to improve power factor or varistor for lightning protection, it is easy to trigger transient overcurrent of the device or damage the device. Please do not use it.
Use beyond the rated voltage value
For devices that exceed the allowable working voltage range specified in the manual, it is easy to cause damage to the internal equipment of the device. If necessary, the corresponding boost device or step-down device can be used for voltage transformation.
Lightning protection
The inverter has a certain degree of self-protection ability in the environment of lightning strike, because the equipment is equipped with lightning overcurrent protection device. If the user uses it in an environment with frequent lightning strikes, it is necessary to install a protection device at the front end of the device.
Altitude and derating
When the altitude of the use environment exceeds 1000m, it is necessary to consider the situation that the heat dissipation effect of the equipment is poor due to the thin air, and the use temperature must be lowered. In this case, please consult our company.
Treatment required at the time of scrapping
The electrolytic capacitors in the main circuit and the electrolytic capacitors on the printed circuit board may explode when burned, and plastic parts will produce toxic gases when burned. Please treat them as industrial waste.
